Course Summary
Students receive the knowledge and skills to effectively supervise in a law enforcement capacity as well as the prerequisite training to attend the Mid-Level Management Course. Students receive training in generational workforce, legal aspects of supervision, documenting performance, managing and evaluating performance, shaping and changing subordinate behavior, and approaches to discipline.
Course Requirements
To receive certification students must attend the course and complete all associated assignments.
Special Instructions
The uniform for this course is business casual or agency uniform. This is an O.E.T. scholarshipped course and is offered free of charge to officers certified in the state of Wyoming. Please note, this course does have a No Show Fee. Cancellations must be received 2 business days before the start of the course. After that time, the No Show Fee may be charged.
