Instructor Stan B. Walters is an internationally recognized authority on investigative interviewing and interrogation. For more than four decades, he has studied the science of interviews and helped investigators replace outdated assumptions with methods grounded in psychology, memory science, and behavioral research.
Walters is the developer of the Cognitive Reliability Framework™, a modern approach to diagnosing reliability in high-stakes interviews and evaluating statements under investigative and courtroom scrutiny.

It is a dual-registration course. Students must register with and pay the course fee directly to LLRMI. $350 paid directly to LLRMI.

Wyoming based students need to register on Acadis.

Any non-Wyoming based student needing lodging can contact the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy at 307-358-3617 or email at wlea@wyo.gov

Pricing for staying at the academy is $65/ Night (Double Occupancy) or $95/Night (Single Occupancy) (includes three meals)
If students only want meals they are available at a rate of $15 per day or $5 per meal.

HOUSING FOR ADVANCED TRAINING STUDENTS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Students will be notified of housing availability after the course registration deadline.
