Students receive information regarding the types of searches in a detention setting, the legal parameters of various searches, common types of contraband, as well as common contraband concealment and distribution methods.

To receive Wyoming POST credit, students must attend at least 90% of the course and actively participate.

The uniform for this course is business casual or agency uniform.
