Course Summary

This 3 day course is designed to increase the level of competency and to develop the professional skills of the advanced detention officer in the following topic areas: Suicide Prevention Dealing with Mental Illness Legal Updates Emotional Survival Arrest Related and In-Custody Deaths P.R.E.A. Use of Force Update

Course Requirements

To receive Wyoming POST credit students must attend at least 90% of the course and actively participate.
