DATE OF INCIDENT: August 31, 1921 

DETAILS: Deputy Price was shot and killed by Elsworth Mullendore.  Deputy Price and other officers were attempting to arrest Mullendore for running moonshine.  Mullendore was shot during the same incident and died the next day.
